Schiller Bräu

Attached to a hotel in Munich, within walking distance of the Bahnhof, it’s an interesting brewery with a limited variety of styles of beer. This is the Hell (lager) which is my favourite. Goes well with a meal in the restaurant there.

Have been there a couple of times now, great place. I only discovered on my visit there this year (2022) that they make beer in bottles too; I wasn’t able to sample one, unfortunately.

Fairly light at 4.8% alcohol, clear and light colour, good head.
