Drachselsrieder Respekt & Pils
Brewery based in the town of Drachselsried in Bavaria, said to date from 1650. Have had the Respekt which is a Hell, on tap and in a bottle and also the Pils in a bottle. Both are very good, the Respekt is a bit stronger at 5.2% alcohol, the Pils a bit lighter at 4.9%.
Pretty much available throughout Germany, worth looking for, good colour and very refreshing.
I rate the Pils slightly higher at 7/10, the Respekt I gave a 6.
