Gallia Blondes - UPDATED

This is Gallia, apparently it was a well-established Parisien brewery, quite old but went out of business at one point, has recently been revived.

I’ve tried three of their beers, all in bottles or cans, some on tap.

The standard one is their Blonde; says it a non-filtered beer. Pretty good colour, a bit cloudy; but pleasant taste, quite refreshing. A bit too strong for me (5.8%) but otherwise a good one. Have had in all forms.

The second one is called a Follamour, (bio) organic, slightly less alcoholic at 5.5%. Pale colour, not a good head, not great at first but then gets better. I ended up rating it a half-point better than the standard Gallia. This one I’ve only ever had in bottled form.

The third one is their IPA. This I have had in bottled form, and on tap. I normally dfon’t like IPAs but this one was pretty good: slightly cloudy, good head and reasonable lacing. Not remarkable, but perfectly drinkable.
